We have a 5-days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We are committed to give you products with best design and quality. We do check all the items manually to ensure that you won’t get any kind of defective or damaged product and to maintain the quality.

We believe in complete customer satisfaction and try our best you do not need to return any products but on any occasion you may need this policy.

In such sort of situations, when you want to return we suggest you to check your complete order by yourself on arrival and do let us inform about the damaged or defective products within 3 days of the delivery. We will address your issue regarding refund and replacement within 2 working days.

Order & Payment

Our secure online payment accepts Mastercard, VISA , UPI and cash on delivery (COD) for orders above Rs. 400.

To access the tracking information for your order, please navigate to the Help section and click on "Track Order". Then, enter the tracking ID that you received either via email or in your login account.

If the item is already listed on the website you may but if the model you purchased is going to be specially made for you can’t cancel it. 

You can conveniently add and manage multiple shipping addresses in your login account, and use them as necessary for your orders.

Returns Or Exchange

Our policy permits returns and refunds within 5 days of receiving your order. Please note that items that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.

You can put refund/ return request directly from your login account. Any item that has not been worn, used or altered may be exchanged within 5days of the date of sale if it is in its original packaging and accompanied by original receipt, invoice and certificate.
Where the value of an exchanged item is less than the original invoice amount, we will gladly issue a gift card valid for three (3) months from the date of issue for the difference. Encasement of a credit note is not permitted.

Packaging & Gifting

All Glitstudio items are beautifully wrapped and delivered in the signature Glitstudio box.
If you decide to order on the website, your Glitstudio item will also be carefully wrapped and placed in discreet protected packaging for delivery. A Glitstudio shopping bag is also enclosed with the package. A gift card is also available upon request.

You may accompany your purchase with a personalized message on a signature Glitstudio card.
